Internet/Online Floral SCAM Alert!
We at ANGEL'S ACCENTS would like to make all brides aware that there are Online "Real Touch" Floral companies involved in scams right now.
PLEASE research your potential online wedding floral vendor before commiting to anything!
We understand you may not choose our company, but we would still like you to be aware of the situation.
Here's a couple of red flags:
1. The company "supposedly" offers the same quality of real touch flowers as ours but at much lower pricing (like 1/2 the price).
2. You are told by a company that they need your deposit right away because they "book up quickly" but do not list their dates that are booked openly on their site and can still take orders 30 days or less from now.
(We offer this information on our PKG UPDATE and PKG UPDATE2 pages).
3. They put down competitors by saying "we don't have strict policies & ordering procedures or a lengthy contract to sign".
ANGEL'S ACCENTS has displayed the contract and procedures publicy to protect both the CLIENT & the COMPANY.
It's for FRAUD protection- not to be strict, rude, or condescending.
4. You email them and they are quick to respond. Then after you make your deposit you can't reach them by phone or email.
5. They make up every excuse heard of for not returning your calls or emails. "I've been terribly ill, the delivery service screwed up, we just had a fire, etc."
ANYONE who is legitimate will post something on their site explaining their inability to answer right away.
Example: We have posted that Angel will be on maternity leave (again-child#5) on the QUOTE form page-
"Angel will be on maternity leave from 11/1/09-01/04/10. We will still be available to do quotes, take deposits, and maintain the online store during this time:)"
Ladies, everyone likes to "get a good deal". However, if it's too good to be true....there's a good chance you may become the next victim of a scam!

1.DESIGN GALLERY
We have spent many years developing OUR OWN ORIGINAL designs. We have been made aware by other online designers that they are being sent our photos with OUR watermark on them to be designed by them at a lower price.
Hopefully, this issue will be resolved quickly so we can take the password ban off.
Please keep in mind that because another designer can offer a lower price, the quality and craftsmanship may differ greatly. For example, our sunset callas are hand-tinted with 2 other colors besides the base color. They are not plain amber Floramatique callas.

over 2000 photos that can be used to help design the perfect flowers for your wedding day.
(Bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, altar arrangements, pew decor, & many other wedding accessories)We have a section(PHOTO ALBUMS 3-26) that contains a sampling of Angel's custom floral designs within the past 3 years.

2. QUOTE FORM - Please fill this form out as accurately and with as much detail as possible if you are interested in getting an idea on pricing for particular flowers/bouquets or are ready to place your order. We ask for honesty on all areas being filled out.
Stem orders do not require this form filled out, unless they are special order stems.
THIS FORM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL WEDDING PACKAGES, EVEN IF YOU ARE ONLY PURCHASING A BOUQUET
& A BOUTONNIERE.
We cannot answer pricing or detailed questions until your quote form is received.
3. FLOWER CONTRACT- This page is EXTREMELY important if you are planning on placing an order. Please read over thoroughly & feel free to contact us with any questions. It contains pertinent information that is legally binding to all parties involved.
Can you really trust an online floral designer without one? You're spending a decent amount of money and should be protected too. This method is still used by almost all wedding vendors such as photographers, djs/musicians, caterers, and destination resorts who have been in the wedding business for some time. No matter how fast paced business is, there should always be a contract with details of services/items that are included in your wedding package.
4. PACKAGE UPDATE- Another REALLY important page if you are placing an order with us. This page is updated daily. It includes booking dates available, shipping dates scheduled, package tracking #'s and delivery companies, quotes in progress, and possible shipping delays. If you have already placed an order PLEASE check this regularly for updates.
